Delivery times
Many of the items we sell are handmade, so on average we aim to dispatch your order within 10 to 15 days of receiving payment, sooner if possible. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 4 working days. If some items in your order have a longer delivery time than others, we will wait until all items are ready for dispatch before delivering your order.
If your order is urgent (less than 2 weeks) please contact us before placing the order to ensure we can deliver within the timescale you require.
If an item is no longer available, we will wherever possible offer you an alternative similar in price and quantity. We will contact you in advance of dispatch in the event that this occurs.
Postal charges
We charge a flat rate of £4.50 postage for all orders regardless of weight. Orders over £200 will be delivered free of charge.
Saturday Delivery is available at an additional charge; please contact us for the postage cost.
If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, a return delivery fee will apply to resend it to you.
Method of delivery
We find that arranging convenient delivery times using commercial couriers is sometimes problematic, so for your convenience goods are sent by Royal Mail.
If an order is sent by Special Delivery we will provide you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery or arrange redelivery in the event that no-one is available to sign for your package.
International Delivery
For other destinations please contact us before ordering and we will happily give you a price based on the products you are ordering. Postage costs calculated at the checkout only apply to UK mainland.
Cancellations, exchanges & refunds
If you are unhappy with your order you must notify us by email as soon as possible or at latest within 7 days of receipt with the following information, and we will provide an address to return the goods to:
- Your order number
- Product description
- The reason for the return
- Whether you require an exchange or a refund
Many of our products are handmade and may have small individual differences or occasionally a minor flaw. This is a common feature and part of the charm of handmade goods, and therefore we will not refund items for this reason unless the product is significantly damaged.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene we cannot provide refunds on:
- Earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings
- Opened lip balms, breath sprays
- Edible items
All orders must be sent back in the original packaging, new and unused within 7 working days.
Items should not be returned individually if they are part of a set, unless you are requesting an exchange to a faulty/damaged item. We recommend that you use a suitable recorded delivery service as Cherry Blossom Favours cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.
Exchanges: In the event of an exchange we will do our utmost to find a suitable replacement to the item. If we are unable to provide an exact replacement we will offer you alternatives, or a refund.
Refunds: Provided the return meets the terms above, the cost of your purchase will be refunded to you via your payment card within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Cherry Blossom Favours is not responsible for postage charges for returning items to us, unless an item is sent in error or arrives damaged.
